For more than 20 years, WNY United Against Drug & Alcohol Abuse, Inc. has been
providing the western region of New York State with innovative, proven substance abuse
prevention programs. These programs give local kids the tools they need to make the
right decision when confronted with alcohol, tobacco, and other dangerous drugs.
To help fund these important programs, the WNY United Foundation is hosting the
Sixth Annual Drive Against Drugs Golf Tournament on Monday, August 3, 2009 at
Orchard Park Country Club’s beautiful and challenging course.
Like last year, our event promises an earlier evening than most tournaments, with a dinner
buffet available immediately after completing the course, plus an abbreviated awards
program. Our tournament will surely stand apart from others you’ve attended in the past.
 This year’s tournament will again honor the legacy of the late Robert E. Rich, founder
of Rich Products Corporation and an avid golfer. Mr. Rich’s generosity and energy left an
indelible mark on Western New York’s charitable organizations, including WNY United.
Grab your clubs and join us for a day of golfing for a great cause – just complete the
sponsorship form and fax or mail it to the WNY United Foundation by Friday, June 12th.
